- Scope of Bans: A hardware ban restricts your physical computer/hardware components from accessing servers protected by Avalant.

5. Custom Software & Development Services
- Scope of Work: Custom Discord bot and software development will be delivered according to agreed specifications.
- Payment & Delivery: Payments for custom development must be settled per the agreed terms prior to source code transfer or final hosting deployment.

All intellectual property rights, trademarks, source code, graphics, documentation, and algorithms associated with AIRSTUDIOS products (including Avalant Anti-Cheat) remain the sole property of AIRSTUDIOS. Custom bots built for clients grant the client a non-exclusive license to use the software per the purchase agreement.

AIRSTUDIOS services and software are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIRSTUDIOS disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, or uninterrupted/error-free operation.

Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how AIRSTUDIOS collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you interact with our software, Avalant anti-cheat, public/custom Discord bots, and other programs.
2. Information We Collect
To provide our services, maintain security, and enforce platform rules, we collect the following categories of data:
A. Identity & Account Data
- Platform Usernames: Your Minecraft username, Discord handle/display name, or other third-party platform usernames.
- Platform Identifiers: Unique identifiers associated with your accounts, such as your Minecraft UUID, Discord User ID, Discord Guild/Server IDs, or account tokens required for service operation.
B. Technical & Device Identifiers
- IP Address: Your internet protocol address used when connecting to our services or servers protected by Avalant.
- MAC Address: Media Access Control address of your network interface(s).
- Hardware IDs (HWID): Unique hardware fingerprints generated from system components (e.g., CPU, motherboard, storage drive serial numbers, GPU identifiers).
3. How We Use Your Data
We process the collected data strictly for the following purposes:
- Product Functionality:
- Executing bot commands and managing user state in public/custom Discord bots.
- Authenticating player connections on Minecraft servers utilizing Avalant anti-cheat.
- Ensuring compatibility and proper delivery of our software and programs.
- Security & Ban Enforcement:
- Detecting, analyzing, and preventing cheats, hacks, automated bots, and unfair advantages in Minecraft via Avalant.
- Generating unique hardware profiles to enforce Hardware Bans (HWID bans) against confirmed cheaters or malicious actors.
- Cross-referencing IP addresses and platform identifiers to prevent ban evasion.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data under the following legal grounds:
- Legitimate Interests: To protect our software, client servers, and user communities from cheating, abuse, and fraud.
- Contractual Necessity: To provide the software features and bot functionalities requested by you or server owners operating our products.
5. Data Protection & Security
- Data Storage: Technical identifiers (IPs, MAC addresses, HWIDs) collected for anti-cheat enforcement are securely stored in restricted-access databases.
- Access Control: Only authorized members of the AIRSTUDIOS technical team have access to raw log data and ban records.
- Hashing & Obfuscation: Hardware identifiers are hashed where feasible to maintain security while allowing reliable detection of repeated violations.
6. Data Sharing & Disclosure
AIRSTUDIOS does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We may disclose data only in the following limited circumstances:
- Server Administrators: Relevant ban status and platform identifiers (e.g., Minecraft UUID) may be shared with server administrators running Avalant anti-cheat to explain why a user was restricted.
- Legal Compliance: If required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
7. Data Retention
- Functional Data: Operational logs for Discord bots and temporary connection data are routinely pruned.
- Enforcement Data: Hardware IDs, IP records, and platform identifiers tied to active hardware bans are retained indefinitely or until an appeal is granted, to ensure the continued effectiveness of server security.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (such as under the GDPR or local privacy laws), you may have rights regarding your data, including requesting access to or deletion of your personal data. However, please note that deletion requests may be restricted if retaining hardware identifiers is strictly necessary for legitimate anti-cheat enforcement and security operations.
9. Changes to This Policy
AIRSTUDIOS may update this Terms of Service & Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our software or services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
